Why we generate types from schemas, not the other way around

Start from the data
Most backends define types in code and hope the database agrees. Tessera reverses that: the schema is the single source of truth, and everything else, from the database to your client types, is derived from it.
That means a type can never drift from the table it describes. Change a column and the compiler shows you exactly what breaks.
Why it matters
Generated types remove a whole class of bugs, and they remove the boilerplate that keeps them in sync. You spend your time on the product instead of on glue.
